Accredited Equestrian Centre Assistant Award
This is a CEC designed and written course to be awarded to attendees wanting to volunteer here at the Centre.
It is run over a set number of weeks with a practical assessment at conclusion. Those who pass will have the skills required to safely volunteer on the yard and assist with the horses and lessons.

Foundation in Stable Management
This is a CEC designed and written course to be awarded to attendees wanting to undertake a basic level of learning that would enable them to care for a horse or pony.
It is run over a set number of weeks with a practical assessment at conclusion. Those who pass will have the basic skills required to care for the horse and ponies.
This course is assessed at the completion of each module.
British Horse Society Essential Horse Knowledge & Care
This is a BHS accredited and designed course. Provided at the Centre via theory and practical sessions by our BHS qualified staff.
It is generally run over a number of weeks and includes varied topics in stable management and horse care.
Assessment is by way of written paper exam that can be taken at the Centre.
British Horse Society Examination Stage Preparation
These courses are designed to prepare you for the BHS Stage Examinations from 1 - 3.
It is generally run over a number of weeks and includes varied topics in stable management, horse care, Riding (including Jumping where required) and Lungeing.
There is an informal assessment process followed at the Centre to ensure you are on track for your examination. The examination have to be arranged by the candidate and taken off site.
